More recent clothing released by Renderosity appears in the PROPS library, regardless of whether or not it is conforming or dynamic.  For this clothing you have to pay attention to the icon on the library thumbnail.  If the icon is a PERSON, the clothing is conforming.  If the icon is a HAT, the clothing is dynamic.
