Here is a Superfly render with a full HDRI background, no other lighting.  To get a pronounced glitter effect, the scale on the Voronoi Texture node was reduced and the metallic value on the PrincipledBdsf node to 1.  You really want a metallic look, otherwise, the render will look flat.
