That just means some program decided they look like text files and associated them with that. They can actually be opened with a text editor and edited but I don't recommend doing that. Those are all geometry files and can be imported into Poser. Most programs don't care what the computer thinks the file kind is. As long as the extension (the .obj) matches the contents that's what it cares about.
