ATM, you are not interested in opening the OBJ files, you just want to import them into Poser.  Getting the OBJ format files associated with a different 3D program will be tedious and unnecessary.  Without knowing what programs are installed on your system, it will be like 'looking for a needle in a haystack', close to impossible to remedy.  Concentrate on the clothing conversion.
