Once the morph is transferred and applied to the OBJ shorts, it is exported from the scene, as DeeceyArt described.  The next step is to delete everything in the scene or reboot Poser.  Import the saved OBJ shorts back into Poser and proceed into the Setup room.  From the Library, load the LF2_DEVSuitHI figure into the scene.  This is as far as I can get, going from memory.  I will need to find the instruction tutorial to continue.
