Subject: How to Tell If an Item is Permanent Prime or Temporary?

Apparently, the fix hasn't been fully implemented. dForce Apollo Outfit isn't a Prime item, but it's got a Prime tag and an expiry date. Tranquility Lodge is a premier item, but it's got a Prime tag and an expiry date---perhaps it is Prime.
