That one is up for the look you're going for. When I make my digital stuff, I often make curved patterns at the waist. The patterns tend to curve down (like a U) at the front pattern and curve up at the back pattern to fit neatly.

Good point! I was only thinking about straight waist bands, but of course I could also make them curved.
