I don't know why but I can't download the files for these two products that I purchased. I get this message:

Sorry! You have reached the download limit for your copy of Holographic Battle Charts.

Sorry! You have reached the download limit for your copy of Holographic Interfaces.

I was able to all the others files from the respective purshase but not the these two.

My orders numbers are:

a) #113538025 Placed on 08/13/2020 for the Holographic Battle Charts

and

b) # 113485555 Placed on 04/10/2020for Holographic Interfaces.

I hope it is possible to reset the download.
