You could set up the scene in Daz and export it as an obj into Poser for the render.

I don't use Daz but something I do in Poser when I have to do a lot of test renders is to render a smaller version of the image and drop render quality. It looks like you're already using low render quality. You might try smaller images until you have it right.

that sounds interesting but im not that tec minded do i need all the parts in poser to export them in? 

and yes the mistake i made in this scene was putting a unit with lots of objects on in the scene (but not this shot) im working on making my rooms a bit more sparse but interesting.
