Which version of Daz Studio are you using? According the the information on the page you provided it recommends version 4.22. You can not use this product in Poser. Is this a Nvivda graphics card? How much memory does it have? Why can't you upload the image? What do you plan to do with your high quality images. What is a high quality image to you? Can you use dForce items on your computer? Some people can not use dForce. Can you use the Iray render engine? Some people can not.

Most likely you can, but depending on your hardware and the settings you use,  the time it takes to render will vary.
