@CaeserTheGreat- I use this product also to help move things around a scene - https://www.daz3d.com/placeholder-manager.

This is another product you might find useful-https://www.renderosity.com/marketplace/products/125469/workflow-wizard  This is an older tutorial, but I found it very helpful. After using these products you will find it easier to do what you want in your scenes. The workflow wizard gives tips on how to get more people placed in your scene, using the claylike humans. Once you get the clay folks in position, than you can use something like the https://www.daz3d.com/alienator-pro which is useful for replacing things in a scene with other things, PropSwap is the one I use the most. Now this one-https://www.renderosity.com/marketplace/products/137789/formation-x-configuration-and-alignment-scripts-for-large-groups-in-daz-studio is very similar to the Flock-It product at the DazStore.

Another thing you can do is use low poly figures in the scene and once you have the scene set up the way you want, replace the low poly figure with your Genesis character.

There are free low-poly figures online that you can use for this purpose. I use the obj file and just import it into Daz Studio. low poly is low polygons.  I hope this gives you and others reading this post ideas on how you can move things quickly in your scenes.  Sometimes I just load primitives and apply shaders to them to use as place holders.
