No. Basically, what you are asking is, is it legal to "shrink wrap" the shape of one figure onto another figure. No, it's not legal except for your OWN PERSONAL USE. They would be considered a derivative of copyrighted work, and it is against the license agreements of the content to distribute it in any way.

DAZ Products License Agreement ...The creation of three-dimensional physical representations (3D-print, molded copy, CNC-routed copy, and the like) of Content or any three-dimensional art derived from the Content is permitted only for personal, non-commercial use by the User. Additionally, the user may not grant other entities or individuals the right to produce such physical representations of the Content except for the sole purpose of providing the print to the User for their personal use.

Poser End User License Agreement ... You will not use, copy, modify, derive, distribute, transfer or sublicense the Restricted Content, the Unrestricted Content, Vendor Resources, or the Other Content or any copy, modification, derivation, or portion thereof, in whole or in part via any means or for any purpose whatsoever except as expressly permitted in this EULA or the Documentation.

Hivewire License Agreement (in this post):  Basically says the same thing. You can create a not for sale, not for distribution object for your own personal use.

It's important to note that making it "free" doesn't make it legal.  If you want to start creating content, you need to make sure that all of the work in the product is your own (or uses content defined as merchant resources), and that it doesn't violate the terms of the content license agreements.
