This is why I use low poly figures in my scenes. An alternative is to create your character in a separate scene, pose the character, dress , it all everything you want in that scene and save it as a subset.  Another thing I use is  Turbo Loader https://www.daz3d.com/catalogsearch/result?q=turbo+loader
