This doesn't use Cross Dresser, but this thread How to Convert V4 and Other Dresses to La Femme explains how to export Genesis clothes of all generations from DAZ to Poser as obj's , how to fit them using the morph brush, and then rig them easily in the fitting or setup room using existing clothing in your personal Poser library, all of course for personal use.
