Earlier today I had listed several outfits that you could probably kitbash together to get the look you want. The basic police uniform has not changed much, but the special units like swat and some other uniforms look more and more like military attire. The character is just basic G8 male.  There is variation in the hats, and shoes, but the accessories are basically the same.
