@GGreen there are two different conversations going here.

The first is, should we follow the instructions given in the Prohibition Car Bundle? I say, no we should not follow those instructions because they are a boilerplate solution with no thought given to organizing assets into a usable form. Whether one uses a single library or multiple libraries, the install location should be chosen for ease of use and integration into an organizational system. For many people, putting the assets in the main DS library for use in DS is a good idea. Some people may have other ideas.

The second is apparently about your own installation practice. You've been doing this long enough that you know what you're doing and it works for you. It sounds well thought out and remarkably well organized. Cheers to all that! Richard indicates there may be a hit in file performance in DS for doing that. It doesn't seem to bother you.
