If examining these figures, you will realize they are crap, by modern standards.
This is due that they are older and with less experience while creating. 
P5 Judy has a chaotic mesh design, because of the mix of quads and triangles. Some verticise on her butt cheeks are merged, by mistake.
Sydney and the other G2 figures share the same mesh and having issues with an asymetrical mesh design.

I admitt, it is expressed a little bit harsh, but as a matter of fact, the flaws are still a problem.
Those are flaws, that must not happen in professional product. Asymetric meshes and merged vertices are usually beginners mistakes.
