I have both and even have all of Credo Mega Mocap package. But unfortunately I recently got LW 6.5 and am spending all my time on it. (My goal is to animate Poser characters, host in LW and add music...then move to a video production system [ie Final Cut Pro] and make videos...my son is a composer). Thus I have all of this software & hardware and and looking at a mountainous learning curve. But back to your question... I did however spend a fair amount of time in various discussion groups asking about animation packages with Poser & LW (such as Messiah)as well as reading quite a bit. In one discussion someone with apparently significant experience with these packages claimed that Lifeforms was very effective in their hands and that they would not get any other package. You should be aware however that I was told that all of the motion files from Credo do NOT animate any hand motions. So that is a separate need that will have to be considered. Good Luck!
