Just a thought about people saying you can't copy right a method or technique. Your correct it's a Patent that holds the rights to a method and technique. If you used Nerds techniques even by chance if their the same and he holds a patent. He could sue. I.E. There is a patent on Panoramic techniques. Polaroid has a patent on their techniques.
