I'm sure that it's an autoresponse Solar. I do know that there are some kind of email problems going on though, I tried to email her at her catharina@renderocity.com address and it bounced back as 'undeliverable'. I suppose that you 'pasted' your username and password in, instead of typing them. When I've had problems such as this, I've sometimes found that I wasn't being 'case-sensitive', or sometimes.. I pasted a password or username and there was a blank space at the end that screwed up the log-in. She'll take care of you soon. Also remember that English isn't her first language (she speaks 4 languages) and that can also cause misunderstandings, at times. Good luck
