There may be some initial values in the boot's settings that are added to those of the target figure. You might want to try this: o Start a new scene - add the boot o Select Window - Joint Editor o Click Zero Figure in the JE o Select Edit - Memorize - Figure o Save the boot to library with a new name Start a new scene, add Vicki, then the boot. Turn off IK, and conform the boot to Vicki, more or less like the steps that brought you to 3) above. Good luck ;-)
