Yeah this happens to me alot from some of the items I obtained from poser world, I do not know what causes, But I can tell you what is happening. The rsr files are becomming corrupted each time you load the figure into poser, What you need to do toi get the figure to load is delete the rsr file in the riuntime geometrys folder, how to permanently fix this problem I don't know yet.
