You might halfass-kinda-sorta-mix & match -- depending on what you are trying to use. To use some P4NF based characters with Vicky, I found it pretty useful & easy to just "Replace Body Part with Prop" and pop a Posette head, complete with mapping & MT's, onto Vicky's body. The other way of course, is to completely remap a Vicky .obj file which, AFAIK, no one has done yet -- (but keep an eye on AprilYSH.) Also, someone had once posted a Photoshop procedures file which converted the maps, but I'm afraid I don't recall which direction, or whose it was.
