You need a photo editing program like Paint Sho Pro, Adobe Photo or Corel Photo. What I do is take a texture map (this is included on the Poser Accessories disk) or grab a texture map from this site and over lay a picture on to it. I made a decent Poser guy that way. You'll need to stretch/distort the photo a bit to get it to map properly. It's just a matter of patience and doing touch ups. As a general rule, you'll want to turn the Poser model white. Absolutely white. Make sure that the check box for "Texture change applies to entire figure" is checked. Get every part of the model white. (In the upper right corner of the Render Options box is the drop down list for all the body parts.) I'm not the best on the Forum with this stuff, but I can certain point you in the right direction.
