heya; no, its not like the warhammer figure... kinda a beefy space marine type guy. baz, check the free stuff here and props guild for figures that might be close. then you can tweak them. the only one that comes to my mind is vasquez (from aliens), which is at props guild. that is, of course, if you dont mind a female marine. ;) if you want the actual quake model, you can nab milkshape and read it out of the quake wads.
