i like it a lot. Having some trouble with the lighting though, which might point you in a direction. If the sun is so huge and low, why is the foreground so dark? We should indeed be seeing very long shadows coming toward us, especially from the figure & the closer rock outcropping in mid-ground. Also, with that big a sun, wouldn't he also have at least some sunlight backlighting him? It really is needed to make him pop more. And--don't know if this is photographic or not, but lightening the shadows on his front, making them less murky, would also make the figure pop more.
