We do need to know that stuff like this exists... and that hatred and envy and small-mindedness exist in the world. Being ignorant of how some parts of the world view us will not keep us alive, nor will it allow us an opportunity to ameliorate a bad situation. Virtue is far, far better than innocence. We see this and rise above it, and perhaps work for a cure. Carolly
