If you are using outside morphs as well as V2 morphs, it is fairly simple to include a combination outside morph in the pose file that has the V2 dial settings.
I have some nostril morphs on my site.

It is also easy to include the scale channels.
For scaling, I suggest you consider the following:
Body - only: scale
main body groups - only: Yscale
arms - only: Xscale
head/eyes - only: scale

As for the others? e.g. X or Z scale on the abdomen and not using the same on hip and chest can mess up how the groups meet. This then produces a chain reaction. Using Body solves this.
You cannot use an isolated axis on Body though: the Y is the universe Y, not the figure Y; the same for X & Z. If you do all three the same, this does not matter.
