My only concern is about file size going through emails. Have you considered other options? For instance, I can grant FTP privileges to anyone, using my "domain." I can set things up so the FTP account is password-protected. Someone would log in, upload something to me, and it's over, easily. I do understand your concerns about piracy. However most online stores allow downloads, and have some sort of restrictions to help cut down abuse.
