Hello Tom! This is a common problem with the GeForce cards. It should have been adressed in the latest Vue 4.03 update. Try deselecting opengl in the options menue and there should not be any artefacts, and you however will be limited to wireframe view. The are many posts an this issue with plenty of usefull tips.
