You can't sell their models and textures (or derivative models or textures that contain them) to someone else, but every personal or commercial work you create (animations, posters, images for web sites, and so on...) is yours. I asked DAZ about this some time ago and that was basically the answer. I think that it is the same for Poser. I hope I've been of some help.
