I downloaded some props and extracted them to a folder and I cant figure out how to get them on the program, right now I have pretty much NO props, How do I get them to the program in my props area?

Are the props in the props folder under in the pathway: C:program files/metacreations/poser4/runtime/library/props/(prop folder)? If you didn't place them in the right folder you cannot access them from the menu at the far right of the program... Hope this helps. PBM

Go to the tutorial section of this web-site. Look under the Poser tutorials, and there is one on the files for Poser. It will give you a better understanding of where to place the files to make them work correctly. (: Genny

Don't forget that you can also download or make 3dmodels to use as props and import them into the program by clicking on the file button then following the drop down menu to the import options. Obj. and 3ds. are two popular 3d formats that can be imported into Poser.

Most people include a readme file with their freestuff. Be sure to check out the readme as it usually contains information on how to install the files. I make my zips so all you have to do is place the zip in the poser directory and extract but some peole require you to place the files manually once you've unziped them.
