Ghost, I've just been experimenting with it--if you make it transparent in Bryce, you lose that hairline/shadow over on the right--it looks--empty/fake/odd. However, I'm wondering if David made his base invisible in Poser and then exported it. I made the base transparent, BTW, and it didn't delete the crack, so now I'm totally bumfuzzled. About where the crack is may be the second 'bang' that I didn't have selected in the beginning (see a Bryce thread about this--with the strange appendage below the bang). I may try turning off all the 'shadow' options for that part and see if it makes a difference. Diane B
