another thing about changing sizes. see that the constraits checkbox is not checked. if it is, than when you change hight, the weight will change automaticlly. there is another reason why Vicky could disapear. it's when the shoes geometries (if there is any) is not places in the right folder. then you will have an error messages, and vicky could disapear after that.
