Haha .. it works fine on my PC too.

After my computer crashed, I received help from every company I contacted, in retreiving my 'downloadable' software (my backup CD turned out to be corrupt), every company except for Apple, that is.

I have (had) Quicktime Pro. Try finding an email address on their site. I couldn't. They have a forum, that gave me defective pages, each of the multiple times I attempted to access it.

I tried their telephone support. I was blown off numerous times, told to call a different number. I finally gave up.

I had been curious about Macintosh, after seeing how many of their users are devoted to them.. but I will never buy anything from Apple again.

You'd think that a company who sells a product who's user's will suffer constant incompatibilities with a multitude of software programs would at least give some support to the people who spend money with them?
