Or if you are abitious, you could dissect the catsuit to a leotard (or a bit more) in a modeling program and provide the pcf. Just do not remap- move, resize, but do not remap - in the narrow sense that I mean, because you cannot duplicate the unfolding at rhe sides.

Look at what Bebop has done and do similar magic on the alternate map. I doubt you could do a direct translation, but if you go to school on his technique, you will probably develop some skill.
