I had a similar problem lately. Accidently I deleted the whole Poser directory. I found a tool from R-tools that got me back in business in about 15 minutes. They have different versions, FAT 32 and NTFS. See the attached link. In a kind of explorer window you can see the deleted files and recover them. Especially for NTFS this is one of the few utilities.
