The Poser File Format manual is in draft form (draft 6 being the latest). It needs the PZ3 chapter wrapped up and a solid edit/review pass. Unfortunately, the huge software piracy problem diverted me for several months, preventing me from completing it when I had originally planned. Then, of course, other projects came along that I've been busy with. At this point, the File Format Manual is going to have to wait until after our next major release. In the meantime, I will continue distributing draft copies to anyone who asks.
