A br4 file is a Bryce scene file. You can open br4 or br5 files in Bryce 5. Just use the file open command. If you mean obp files, which are native to Bryce, then go to the create menu, select the category, then import. If you want to drag your files to your user category, I think you need to have a copy of user.obp in each folder for it to work. Here's a link to an explanation of how to do that. Hope this helps.
