A file that has a .br4 extension is a scene file not a preset, as was with others .br3 and the new .br5.As far as legal stuff, I don't see where transferring a file from one place to another is illegal as long as it's yours and you're not infrindging on someone else's creation rights.If you make it, it yours, period!. And if you have the original source file to back up your claim:-)
