Ok, just for a little further clarification:

We an upgrade is a full box with a full printed manual, full CD's and inserts as well as a new legitimate serial number.

HIGHLIGHT: Legitimate Poser 1, 2 and 3 users who owned a previous version got the upgrade for $99. This promotion does not allow ANYONE to get the product cheaper than you got your first copy.

As a side note, We are not tracking users who participate in this upgrade for any prosecution what-so-ever. Let's dispell that myth right now. We are tracking which serial numbers appear to be the most popular (which cover disk, etc.) for future use, but will not be tracking customer data for this promotion.
