So you think Poser is a horrible product Micheleh ... It caused you personal bodily harm? Was defective to the point of personal loss? Made you sterile? Loose your hair etc. Those are normally consumer dissatisfaction cases and not the fact that you missed a sale or don't like the way they word or create their policies. And I am no way meaning to imply that you are any of these things. Just trying to point out what most comsumer dissatisfaction stories are written about. Just because you (the public) don't like it doesn't make it a story. I work at a newspaper and though were aren't the most hard edged thing out there and we don't dig up scoops/dirt I do have some background.
