Well... XAM!! He's looking good, ('though I don't recall the character being quite so buff) How will you manage the splitting off of the limbs? G A possibility for the boottops - have you thought of warping & scaling the basic prop torus, coloring it black, & "imbedding" it into the calf? - with the right color & a little magnet work it might pass muster??
