Pariah, Could you send me an email directly with your questions? We do have a differnet EULA in place regarding content from the one we have with Poser and Pro Pack, and this is more restrictive regarding the commercial re-use of the content. Our intent isn't to exclude the ability to grow a market from the resale of modified content spun out from Avatar Lab, but to grant permission to specifc artists that request that permission for them to pursue a business in this direction. We want to see a market grow up around Avatar Lab. We also want to protect the tool from being misused commercially though. An example of how I interpret misuse is for an individual to purchase the product, use the standard library settings to create thousands of either free or for sale Avatars and distribute them in a manner which could kill our ability to sell this very in-expensive tool. (29.00 for the time being) Our EULA simply requires that we approve the commercial uses of the standard Avatar Lab content. This can be done via a simple approval from us, but that, for the time being, needs me to be in the office, and I haven't been until this last week. I apologize if you didn't receive a reply back to your email. I was out of the office around the holiday getting married and the support staff here needed feedback from me before deeply responding to question about the EULA. Sincerely, Steve Cooper
