I'm not sure that a lip morph is required. She appears to hold her entire lower jaw out slightly more than most women (might have something to do with her bite?), so it is possible that one of the phoneme positions will help? She has a nice straight nose and a little more curve to her forehead. You are getting closer rapidly, though!
