Well I also think Spiderman would have some trouble sticking to glass or steel, Being that he has tiny little spider claws in his skin, I doubt these claws can puncture steel or glass. the movie is giving him biological web shooters I think this is really good because his sweat would have to be sticky to help him stick to steel and glass. possible in his hands and feet.
