Actually, she isn't cross-eyed: that's the problem. The problem with the eyes is that the eyelids curve so sharply down that it makes the eyes look much smaller than they are. This makes the eyes look like they are rotated outward. You might want to scale them down just a bit and make Vicki cross-eyed so it looks correct with the heavily morphed eyes.
