This character is one that I made for the P4 Dork a while back. The hair is Confusius' Morph Hair 2 from FreeStuff (it's based on the P4 Fem Conforming Curls.) You could give that a try for Frodo's hair. Are you having any luck making hobbit feet, LittleMouse? I've tried doing it by scaling the feet and calves up some, but that just looks weird. :-
