Well, once you've got your character set up in Poser the way you want it (textures, morphs, etc.), you save it back to the Library palette. Choose the category/folder you want the character saved in, click the Add to Library icon (+ sign) at the bottom of the palette, name it, and click OK. The character will be saved as a .cr2 file, and an .rsr thumbnail image will be created for visual reference. If you have Pro Pack installed, the thumbnail will be a .png file instead. The thumbnail matches whatever is in your document window at the time you save. Getting the thumbnail exactly the way you want it is something of an art in and of itself. Fortunately, there's an easy way to create .rsr files now. yarp has an .rsr converter plugin for P3dO Explorer. You can create a thumbnail in a paint program, save it to .png format, and let the converter turn it into an .rsr.
