You know what's ironic? I always thought she was attractive and popular, and regretted that our relationship was so brief. I found out later that she was a nerdy, shy type, just like me, and not so popular. She was smart, and always had all the right qualities in my mind. The two of us belonged to our church's youth group, and performed the sermons two different years, for Youth Sunday. I went on to other things. Dodi realized the dream of her youth, and became a minister "later in life." We married in her church!
